What to Expect During Your First Visit

Your first visit starts with a conversation. We take time to listen and understand why you came in—whether it’s for a routine exam or because something is bothering you.

Your visit may include:

  • A comprehensive dental exam
  • Digital X-rays or imaging, if needed
  • A gentle evaluation of your teeth and gums
  • Clear explanations of what we find

We use modern diagnostic tools to identify issues accurately and explain everything in everyday language. You’ll see what we see and understand your options before anything moves forward.

Treatment Planning

If treatment is recommended, we’ll walk you through:

  • What’s needed and why
  • Which options are available
  • What can be addressed right away
  • What can wait, if needed

We explain timelines, costs, and priorities clearly so you can make informed decisions that fit your health, schedule, and budget. Our goal is never to pressure—it’s to support you.

If you’re visiting us because you’re in discomfort, we’ll do everything possible to begin treatment the same day.

Check-Out and Next Steps

Before you leave, we’ll:

  • Review your treatment plan
  • Explain costs and insurance benefits
  • Discuss payment or financing options, if needed
  • Schedule follow-up or future appointments

You’ll leave knowing exactly what comes next—and who to call if questions come up later.
